This may be a duplicate of another I already have here, but I can’t find it. So I am posting it again. *grin*
Set up Instructions:
Place a a large mirror (or several small one) in front of a chair or on the ground propped up so people can sit on the floor and look at themselves. Nest to the mirror place the instructions. On the mirror write in lip stick or dry erase marker short verses like: Romans 8:38-39 or all the awesome ones in Psalms that speak to how beautifully and wonderfully made we are. As an added option, put washable markers by the mirror for anyone who wants to write on their hands and arms as part of this station.

Directions:
Choose a mirror and gaze into it.
Examine the reflection that stares back at you. Meditate on God’s
abundant love for you. Are you able to give thanks to God for the amazing creation that is you?
As you consider your reflection, perhaps use this centering prayer, praying it over and over, meditating upon and sinking deeply into the meaning of the words:
Thank you God,for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

I have also seen this station done with manicans spray painted with chalk board paint and chalk where they write onto it.
